Stunning ocean views are the first sight for the Waterklip visitor. Entering from the quite street above, through the impressive electronic gate, guests meander down a graceful stone walkway, where the first smiles bloom with the sight of the welcoming pool and patio, overlooking the splendid turquoise sea. Located on the south-west end of St. John, within minutes of Cruz Bay boasts all the amenities necessary for a Caribbean holiday.

Compact, comfortable and complete, Waterklip is a perfect retreat for couples or small families. The spacious pool deck contains reclining chaise lounges for the sun worshippers who wish to soak up those warm sunny days. A round table with seating for four including a large umbrella is a perfect way to enjoy an afternoon lunch or candlelit dinner. Meandering further along the balcony on the seaside of the house, guests are invited to have a seat and enjoy the fresh sea air, lingering sunsets and watch as the birds and boats entertain the beholder.

The comfortable living room with Saltillo tiles, Caribbean artwork, air conditioning, large rattan sofa with matching loveseat and glass topped coffee table beckons the guests to relax. The entrance into the master bedroom is just beyond the living room. Gaze out to the ocean views or catch up with the news on the 32″ Flat Screen LCD TV. A large round table with seating for four is spacious enough to enjoy meals inside if you need a break from the sun. The living room, dining and kitchen areas are 27′ X 13′ with views from end to end.

The Master Suite, contains a queen sized bed with detailed white wicker headboard. This suite is 13″ X 13″ in size and includes nightstands on each with lamps for reading. A ceiling fan, air conditioning, comfortable sitting chair and large 7 drawer dresser with mirror complete this living space. The full bath with shower is just to the right with large walk in closet for all your Caribbean attire.

The Cabana Guest Suite, opening off of the pool deck, offers a relaxing and cool respite. This suite is 13′ X 13′ in size, and includes two twin beds for singles or they can be converted into a king for a couple. While air conditioning and a ceiling fan assure the occupant’s comfort, a full bath and shower, along with a night stand, lamp, boom box and comfy wicker chair supply the rest off what is needed for an enjoyable stay.

A grill on the outside deck completes the kitchen amenities, equipped with all of the necessary elements for creating scrumptious meals while dining in comfort from the bar, interior or exterior tables. The breakfast bar with high stools along it outer side invites idle guests to provide company to the working chef.

This is a non smoking villa, however smoking is permitted outside in the exterior deck areas

Deposit Information: A deposit of 50% of the total rent is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. The deposit is refunded if re-rented, less 20% administrative costs. Not included in the rental rates is a Virgin Islands Hotel Tax of 12.5% and a $300.00 refundable security deposit.
