The Hart Bay Beach House located directly on Hart Bay Beach and below the Hart Bay Great House was designed and built with quality lifestyle and love of beauty in mind.  Wake up to the sounds of the surf from this beachside haven.  This newly renovated home abounds with amenities for the perfect vacation.  Located directly on Hart Bay Beach this home offers dramatic views of the ocean, south side of St. John, Hart Bay, Rendezvous Bay and south all the way to the white cliffs of Reef Bay and south to St. Croix.  The paved driveway has space for two vehicles and a turn around.  The house is surrounded by the lush tropical gardens, a private setting and one with nature.

All new furnishings are the best of quality for comfort and relaxation.  The great room includes a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a side by side refrigerator/freezer with filtered water and ice dispensers.  This area is a lovely focal point for family meals as it opens onto the spacious bar counter, with seating for four, and to the unique sculptured wood dining table with comfortable cushioned seating for six as well as 2 side chairs.   The Hart Bay Beach House has 2200 square feet of spacious living.

The villa includes  3 bedrooms 3 baths, an expansive great room, ideal for entertaining, dining and casual living.  The large living space includes a sofa with two chairs, floor lamps, coffee table, complete entertainment center including wall mounted 50″ TV, with cable and streaming services, DVD player, and Blue Tooth Speaker.  Wireless DLS complete this electronics package.  This peaceful setting puts you at one with nature.

The spacious Master Suite opens onto a shaded deck, where you will find 2 relaxing chaise lounges.  Gaze out to the surf and the verdant green hills of St. John from your private deck or luxurious king bed with a Serta Perfect Sleeper Pillow Top Plush mattress.  Located on the opposite end of the great room you will find the Guest Bedroom which has 2 twin beds that also have the Serta Perfect Sleeper Pillow Top Plush Mattresses, a dresser, table lamp, and large closet. This set up is perfect for families with children or for singles.  Exiting the large sliding glass doors from the Great Room, to the left you will find stairs to the Second Master Suite.  This suite has outside access only.  A beautiful king bed with a Serta Perfect Sleeper Pillow Top Plush Mattress, a foot board bench, matching nightstands, lamps and a dresser as well as a walk in closet.  A wall mounted 32″ tv with expanded cable is also included.
