The whimsical back garden walkway from the pool deck brings you to the courtyard and main entrance into the lanai.  Enjoy hours of serene beauty gazing and incredible unobstructed views from the 2,000 square foot Lanai.   This area provides two teak sofas, a large coffee table, and a hammock for curling up with a good book or just relaxing.  A large outdoor table with comfortable seating for four is available for you to enjoy some or all of your meals.  A gas grill is available just outside the lanai to  prepare the chef’s choice or the fish you caught that day!  An unlimited number of ways to relax and enjoy are at your disposal.

Orchid Hill seamlessly blends authentic island stonework with luxurious Serena & Lilly furnishings.  The living room area offers a cushioned sofa, armchairs, a coffee table and arched picture windows that flood the space with natural light and stunning ocean views.   The entertainment center which includes an LCD TV with streaming services, a Blue Tooth Speaker and several Caribbean books for enjoying cozy nights in.

The kitchen is compact yet fully equipped with new stainless-steel appliances and bar seating for two.  Whether preparing breakfast, a gourmet meal, or storing snacks for a day at the pool, it has everything you need.   Prefer not to cook? You’re just a mile from Cruz Bay’s incredible restaurants and shops, or you can hire a private chef for an in-house experience.

The Windward Suite, located inside the great house overlooking the Caribbean Sea, has vaulted ceilings, a stately four poster king bed with a Saatva Classic Mattress in Plush Soft as well as nightstands on either side, in refined neutral tones with matching bedside lamps.   A powder blue dresser, and large closet, including a safe, are available for all your Caribbean attire.  A comfy upholstered chair with small table, and a pair of leather stools are included in this spacious suite.  The Caribbean stones walls, decorative beaded artwork and the upper-end complete the luxury feel.  A/C and ceiling fan are included to keep you comfortable.  The ensuite bath with shower, built in shelving, double towel bars, a beautiful carved wood mirror and all the essentials you will need.

The Leeward Suite, Situated off the lanai for maximum privacy, this suite boasts panoramic views of Great Cruz Bay, and the south side of St. John.  The vaulted ceiling shows off the spacious suite with a Serena & Lily, Webster king-sized bed in crisp white, with a Saatva Classic Mattress in Plush Soft, a tall, wicker chest of drawers, matching wicker nightstands and lamps complete this retreat.  A comfortable large, wicker chair in deep navy, with a small table and floor lamp, is located next to the large picture window.  A glass topped wicker desk, lamp and chair for those who are not able to leave work behind.  A/C and ceiling fan are available for your comfort.  A large closet with built in shelving, a small refrigerator and safe are also included.  The spacious ensuite bath has a shower, towel ladder and a large vanity with mirror.  Double doors from the bath take you to a spacious outside shower with a decorative stone wall.
