Thank you to the owners for sharing your wonderful home with us, it was perfect for our relaxing and quiet honeymoon that we were looking for.  We enjoyed snorkeling at many of the north shore beaches.  We hope to return to St. John for one of our anniversaries and will remember all the hospitality that we got at Chateau Margot!

Wow! Chateau Margot is just amazing! The view is incredible.  Our 3 families had everything we needed to have an unforgettable vacation!  St. John is the most beautiful place we’ve ever been.  The beaches are all wonderful, but Cinnamon Bay & Trunk Bay were our favorites.  Thank you for thinking of everything for a fantastic vacation!  We loved the view, the kitchen, and the provisions upon arrival, AH!  Our week couldn’t have been more brilliant and our 3 families will remember Chateau Margot forever.  Our families could not have asked for a better place.  Everything we needed was already in place.  We felt at home instantly.  Thank you for a wonderful place and for memories for our families that will last a life time.

“We have just finished a week at Chateau Margo. It really is as beautiful as the photos indicate. Our family ages ranged from 9 to 89, and everyone has indicated they had a great time and would love to be at such a place again. The couple of minor issues which arise with 12 people in the course of a week were resolved for us promptly and courteously. We prepared most of our breakfasts and dinners at the villa and found all of the kitchen tools to be well organized and in good order.”

“Chateau Margot was everything we were expecting. The kitchen was expertly furnished. Eating areas were spacious and various. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool was nice, but cold. The heat pump broke the first day we were there and the managers did all they could do to get it fixed, but the part was delayed in coming. The breezes were so nice, we rarely had to use air conditioning. Great place to stay!”

“Great week. Three generations and everyone enjoyed this place. The ice cream in Cruz Bay was delicious (at Scoops). Our favorite beach is Francis Bay. The swimming pool made the trip. The kitchen was awesome-very well stocked with everything needed for our gourmet needs every night. My son-in-law loved the variety of orchids throughout the property. The roads were quite exciting! “What a beautiful home with amazing views. We loved the pool and everything in the kitchen. We are two brothers and wives. We all work a lot so it was wonderful to just relax. We’d swim and snorkel a few hours and come back and relax in the pool. We saw lots of fish and turtles when we snorkeled but were also surprised at two bats that live here and fly around at night. But they didn’t bother us much. We also loved all the movies and would relax with those every night. I’d suggest plastic silverware and a beach umbrella for guests to use and a big chip platter. But other than that we loved everything and feel refreshed to go back to the real world. Thank you for everything. God bless the owners and Kathy and everyone.”

We had a great time and were happy to see the island bouncing back!  We stayed here because the original villa we rented was still being repaired from Hurricane Irma.  The breezes are fabulous at Rendezview and it is so close to Cruz Bay.  Thank you for a great week.  We loved this house!  P.S. Look for Alex & Will, two mid-sized iguanas.  When it’s quiet outside, your likely to see hermit crabs scouting about 🙂

An amazing vacation!  Our first trip to St. John but we came with my sister and brother-in-law who’ve been coming here for years, now we know why!  What an amazingly beautiful island.  We had a great vacation here at Rendezview.  A beautiful villa with wonderful views, pool and great amenities!  We loved all of our island trips, Skinny Legs, Trunk Bay (amazing) lots of fun downtown bars/restaurants.  Great hike to Ram’s Head too!! We are already talking about our next trip!  Thanks= you for such an amazing, wonderful vacation-

What a wonderful week with wonderful friends.  A great time in a great house with great friends!  Great shelling and beach glass finds.  A different beach every day!  Maho for Turtles, Cinnamon Bay & Jumbie for snorkeling and beaches.  Relaxing, laughing and loving.  It has been a beautiful vacation!!!  We will be back!!

This was our 6th trip in 8 years to the best island in the Caribbean!! We had a great 10 days.  This visit we hit the Tap room and they took us on a tour of the brewery.  If you love beer this place is a must see!  It is great to see the island bounce back from 2 major storms.  The house is the best we’ve stayed at by far.  It has all the comforts of home so we spent a lot of time at Rendezview!  Our boys played hoop with the locals.  They were very friendly & made a great experience for our boys!!  We will be back next year for sure!!

We are back again to our favorite villa, Rendezview.  Our 4th time here and once again, we had a wonderful time.  The new grill is great.  We loved watching the iguanas and the crabs every day.  Thanks to Kathy who does a great job!

This home is truly beautiful, the decor and the scenery.  We enjoyed sailing, snorkeling, feeding the lizards & birds, donkey visits, sailing and just good family time, hanging out with loves ones.  Maho is narrow and gets very crowded.  Try Cinnamon or Salt Pond for less crowds.  Hawksnest is great too!  This was our 3rd visit the Virgin Islands and not the last.  You have created a very special place and we hope to visit again!  Kathy is also great!

We enjoyed the beaches, all the beaches, our time spent on the beautiful deck, and the sights of St. John !  Breakfast at the Landing, Shopping at Mongoose, Skinny Legs in Coral Bay and BVI boat trips.  We loved the views, hot tub and laundry machine.  Our lasting memories are the time we spent with family & loved ones.  If you need a driver call Bobby 340-513-3483.   Thanks for the wonderful spaces to rest our heads.

Thank you for sharing your perfect venue.  Everything is fabulous, the layout the appointments, the furnishings, the view and the location!!  We enjoyed the Gibney, Maho, Francis beaches and snorkeling Waterlemon, and Little Maho, saw huge turtles.  The sunrise and the afternoon vies were amazing.  Enjoy this beautiful island and it’s people.  The house is so convenient to everything we love here.  This is a small piece of heaven on earth.

Thank you for sharing this beautiful home.  This is a Dream House!  The views the  pool and everything we needed was provided.  A great floor plan for family but still lots of privacy. (Miss Kathy was great too!) We enjoyed hiking, the beaches, seeing the donkeys & wildlife.  Take at least one day to volunteer somewhere on St. John.  We walk dogs!!  Our lasting memories are every day laughs, cooking & eating together, sunsets on the beach, seeing turtles and watching the starts at night.   It was hard to leave, and we’ll be back.

My 24th visit to St. John since 1992!! First time at Oceanport – very nice!!

We found this villa had everything we needed, and the view of course was beyond beautiful!  For sailing Singing Dog Sailing, they listened to what we wanted to do. Perfect! (info in guest guide) – we loved this!  Morgan’s Mango the best for a nice dining experience.  The food was high quality and delicious.  Our favorite casual eating, Banana Deck, High Tide and Gringos.  Views not to miss, Peace Hill and Annaberg Sugar Mill Ruins.  Kathy you were so helpful and kind!  We shared so many laughs and great family memories here!  Thank you for a forever experience.

Wonderful week, fantastic villa….perfect for two families to share lots of memories together but also get space to breath.  Best big beach, Cinnamon Bay and best small beach Gibney.  Best hike, Ram’s Head, Best snorkeling Henley Cay and Maho.  Most expensive restaurant Extra Virgin, most affordable is Uncle Joe’s BBQ.  Best Coffee, KISS of the Jumbie from St. John Spice.  Best Charter Busy Bee.  Start every day with coffee on the deck for sunrise and ent it with rum cocktails in the hot tub/pool for moonrise & Stargazing!!  We had a magical time, all made possible and enhanced by having such a great place to call home for a far, far too short time.  Thanks to the owners, the villa hosts  and housekeeping!!!

Love, Love, Love this house.  Would never be sick of this view!  Perfect Vacation Rental for Us! Kitchen is one of the best stocked we’ve come across in our years of renting houses.  Wake up early to see the sunrise.  Get sandwiches from Sam & Jack’s.  Get out early to snag the few parking spots at Gibney or Jumbie Beach.  So secluded!  Best Massages from Laura at Mango Bliss Spa, rent a catamaran from Love City Excursions, for snorkeling Mingos, Booby Rock and Newfound Bay.  Eat at LIME OUT, Floating Taco Bar!, amazing tacos. Hopefully we will back in the near future!

We enjoyed St.John Provisions for best coffee & pastry, Margarita Phils is always simple good Mexican! Drink St. John for a great happy hour!  Ocean runner for a small 4 person boston wailer perfect to see national park beaches, turtles & jump off for a swim.  Thank you to Kathy for all of her work in ensuring this home was perfect!  Already planning our next trip back & won’t even think of another home.  Oceanport is perfect!

The house is absolutely spectacular.  We had everything we needed here and the kitchen is so well equipped.  It was so much fun to sit in the hot tub and around the pool in the evenings as we celebrated our friend’s birthday week.  We were able to explore so many beaches and meet many locals, all of whom seemed so happy to be living on this beautiful island in paradise.  Best coffee & pastries as well as wine and food pairings are at Bajo El Sol in Mongoose Junction.  We loved eating at Extra Virgin and La Tapa – need reservations – Amazing food & service!

We loved this house.  We have stayed in many others on St. John and this was , by far, the most comfortable, due to the incredible breezes and  (no bugs!). High quality supplies: sheets, towels & kitchen gear.  Our food favorites:  Irie Pop for popsicles, Lime Out for the most novel & fun setting, St John Provisions for coffee & pastries, Extra Virgin and Longboard for delicious dinners.  Our favorite spots: Coral Bay a different vibe than Cruz Bay, Waterlemon, Oppenheimer, Haulover, and Maho for beaches and snorkeling.  Thank you for sharing your home!

Of all the places throughout the Caribbean,  I personally feel that your home is the best equipped.  We love the views and the breezes!  One of the best kitchens we have ever had – very well stocked & thought out.  Extra Virgin for dinner, be sure to make a reservation, Longboard Cafe, go for happy hour and stay for good bar food!!  Skinny’s in Coral Bay, fun place.  Sonic Charter was wonderful, we snorkeled the Indians and The Caves.  White Bay, Soggies for painkillers and Hendo’s for a great lunch and more beverages.  We can’t wait to come back.  Thank you for sharing!

Your house is beautiful! Best sleep we’ve had, with the night wind and the sounds of the surf.  Beds super comfortable.  House so big, lots of light and beauty.  We enjoyed the pool & hot tub every day and grilled out a couple of evenings.  Thanks to Kathy for making everything go smoothly!  Our tips for future guests are to watch every sunrise and sunset, explore the beach below, Reef Bay trail is a great hike, Hansen Bay, Atmosphere & people watching at the Quiet Mon, drinks at the Sun Dog Cafe, Sam & Jacks makes the best deli sandwiches, Maho Bay for snorkeling and Miss Lucy’s great location and local cuisine.

Thank you for sharing your villa with us.  It is truly a piece of paradise and tranquility.  The sunrises are beautiful!  We had a fantastic meal at Extra Virgin Bistro.  We enjoyed hunting for shells on the beach during the day and shooting stars from the hot tub at night.

What a beautiful home and location!  Snorkel the bays and check out the BVI’s too!  We used Stormy Pirates Charter and did an overnight in Great Harbor.   Had a blast!  Snorkeled the caves and visit the Willy T.  White Bay for painkillers and Hendo’s for lunch.  Thank you for sharing your home with us!  We enjoyed every minute of it! 🙂 and hope to be back soon!

We love the upgrades and the pool!! Hot tub, WOW!!  The stairs to the beach are a real cardio workout – and worth it in the sun, Great Shells! Lime Inn & Hightide, good food –  Uncle Joe’s carry out ribs & chicken and take the trail to Honeymoon Beach.

We so enjoyed returning to the beautiful Oceanport villa.  Stunning views, southerly breezes and the sound of the ocean surf combine to make this the most desirable location on St. John.  Added to that, the owners have totally redone the property with a gorgeous new pool and spa – we found it hard to drag ourselves away to head for the North shore beaches!  Cooking was a pleasure in the remodeled kitchen – every detail seemed to have been considered.  Snorkeling in Hart Bay is some of the best on the island.  We love the island of St. John and our thoughts and prayers were with her in the last year as she worked to recover from the devastation of the 2017 hurricanes.  It was truly a pleasure to be here once again and we look forward to many more visits.

Our 3rd stay at Oceanport over the past 5 years was better than ever.  The new pool and spa were a huge hit for our kids.  The new and expanded kitchen made for a fantastic work space.  Especially when you have 6 people bouncing around the kitchen prepping to head to the beach.  Plus with the new kitchen we are seriously considering hiring a cook the next rip down to prepare some of our dinners (Although we really love heading to Cruz Bay to eat and then hang out).  Our trip was in mid March 2018 and great progress had been made around the island at getting things back to normal.  There was a little less tree cover at some of the beaches, but as frequent travelers to the island we always pack two wind resistant umbrellas in a golf bag carry case for beaching.  We love the sun, but like alcohol, you can have too much of a great thing.  Although we only hiked rams Head on this trip, we are looking forward to the Reef Bay Trail on our next trip.  Overall a fun trip with great hosts, food, sun, snorkeling, beaching and beverages.  The Jackson Family

This is a very special villa. Kathy has done an excellent job helping us settle in the house is wonderful and well stocked. Beach chairs coolers etc. are much appreciated. The deck is great, and there are comfortable furnishings.

Orchid Hill villa was the most beautiful home to stay in. The host, Kathy, has thought of every detail you could ever need! The breeze, view, and pool were the icing on the cake. The attention to detail at Orchid Hill made it perfect. The views from the property are amazing, I don’t want to leave the lanai or pool. Having the beach bags and towels was awesome; the stocked kitchen and laundry was so helpful. The comfortable bed pillows and towels were greatly appreciated. This place is an absolute DREAM! Every detail from the plush towels, well-stocked Kitchen, Serena + Lily decor… just magical! The beds are luxurious. All the lights and candles made it so special at night. Can’t imagine not sitting on the beautiful lanai every evening. We truly could not have found a better place. Close to town but just far enough.

We had such an amazing time with our family. The kids had the best time, especially thanks to Orchid Hill.

Francis bay was cloudy and the sea was stormy, but the donkeys Kept Us Company and ate 2 pages from Kendall’s Book! Matt’s 40th Birthday was the 23rd and we went hard all night, wrapping up with 90s music + some balcony shenanigans.

St. John was our former home.  We had a wonderful time on this trip just catching up with friends and spending our days at all the different beaches.  Waterklip was the perfect choice for us.  We really enjoyed our late afternoons at the pool watching all the boats go by.  Such a peaceful and quiet area.  We cooked in most nights and just relaxed in the cute apartment.  Nice to have such a comfortable and clean place to stay.  The views from the deck are incredible and the sunsets are spectacular.  Kathy was great and is always helpful with anything.  Can’t wait till our next trip back to Paradise! 🙂

Short trip into town. Close to Starfish Market and Mongoose Junction. Very private. Never saw the neighbors and the owner’s lodging is unoccupied when rental is available. The villa is well appointed with everything you could need to cook a meal in house or make your own rum punches. The owner’s left brochures and guidebooks for our reference. We had such a wonderful time at Waterklip! Would recommend to anyone!”
